But really was I making it worse ? Yes. Incredible, isn't it? It's like a chapter out of cea For Dummies. As you know, I've been doing something similiar this weekend -- and the itching that was becoming a problem on Thursday improved slowly over Friday and Saturday, and today is gone. All by stopping everything and just using cea Care cleanser once a day. Today I knew I'd be out in the sun for a while so, for the first time in half a week, I added a dab of their moisturizer under Clinique's Super City Block (which, for some bizarre reason, my skin likes better than the regular City Block). My skin looks and feels better than it did before the itching became a problem, and at that time I was using next to nothing. Who would guess that using nothing is even better than using next to nothing? > I'm really > not understanding why the face inflamation is subsiding other than > that I was irritating it with all the products. Besides, if you falter, we'll be forced to come up with more book titles about rosacea. (Days of Wine and cea Flare?) Keep us posted.
