Hi Adam--I take vitamins B6, C, &E, Calcium and Zinc. Many others

have had great success with Flax seed oil, horse chestnut, grapeseed

extract and pycnygenol (sp?). I do seem to flush more if I don't

regularly take my supplements.

I had to stop taking any B complex supplement or multivitamin as the

niacinimide did make me flush--even when it wasn't in megadoses.

Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin without niacin or

niacinamide?

treatment plan as things continue to get worse. I am going to try

for less harsh medications and more minor, yet healthier corrections.

once. At first it worked great. Then after several days it began to

make me flush horribly. Several starts and stops proved beyond

reasonable doubt that the severe overheated flushing episodes were in

fact caused by this medication. It had Niacinimide instead of Niacin

for the B3. If anybody can Explain this one and tell me which B

Vitamin I have to avoid, that would be great, as I would love to try

Nicomide, but am afraid that it was the Niacinimide that caused me to

flush. I know its not supposed to but my Dad told me it can? Anyone

who can solve this one for me will be my favorite person for the

day :)
