Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm new to this mailing list so please bear with me. I have mild to moderate rosacea that has been plaguing me for almost 3 years now. I am currently on noritate cream which is the only thing that won't irritate my skin. I have had some success with this cream however I feel that there is more that can be done (antibotics give me too many side effects so they can't be used). I don't have any pimples or pustules just redness that comes and goes so I really want to try and nip this thing before it gets worst. I notice with me that I have this overwhelming " heat " inside my body that won't go away. People who even put their hand on back notice it as well. Everytime I eat I have to drink tons of water to cool my internal temperature so that I don't start to flush. I have heard a lot about chinese medicine where you can take some herbal remedies to reduce your internal heat. I really feel that this is where my problem is starting. I feel that the redness on my face is just a symptom of something else, ie internal heat. Does anyone have any thoughts on where I can begin with reducing this internal heat?? Thank you
