Guest guest
Hi, I am mom to Marquis 3.10 (ASD) I make my son's bread with rice flour. He is not good with most nuts, peanut, cashew, walnut. This is one step I will attempt to do, get the rice out of his diet ASAP. We have been GF/CF SF since May 05. IgG +foods removed. Potato is finally out, thank God. Now I would like to kow if it's ok to use pecan, pumpkin, and coconut oil/flakes. My son does not like cooked/raw veg. only potato:( Loves meat, cookies, breads and carrot curls LOL. Onion, garlic, carrot broccoli is in the bread, that I make. This is the only way he will eat veg. BTW since we removed the potato from his diet, his bad breath is gone and belly went down. Thank You CAL/Ont. CANADA

Guest guest
Welcome , > Now I would like to kow if it's ok to use > pecan, pumpkin, and coconut oil/flakes. Yes, all three are legal. We generally recommend coconut flakes for later after some gut healing has occured. Fresh or frozen pumpkin is legal. Canned pumpkin is not and pumpkin seeds are for later in the diet also (used sparingly, not as pumpkin seed flour) > My son does not like > cooked/raw veg. only potato:( Loves meat, cookies, breads and carrot > curls LOL.
