Guest guest
Hello, I am looking for some help getting fish oil into my son and wondering if he even needs it. In the past I used to put it into pureed baby food when he was little, but he is two now and doesn't eat that anymore. I had been putting it into his scrambled eggs, but it's really starting to gross me out and even though he can't really taste it you can smell it in the eggs. He does eat 2 large Nature's Promise Omega 3 and 6 eggs every morning and I was hoping maybe he is getting enough Omega 3 and 6 from that. He also eats almond nut cookies, usually every day. But he has developed a lazy eye and I am feeling it is my fault because I have not been giving him a fish oil supplement faithfully for a while now. Anyone have any info on whether he may be getting enough from the eggs alone? I am also looking for a good one to order, maybe from Kirkman, since that's where we get his other supplements. The current one I have is especially fishy smelling. I think it's from Nordic Naturals.
