Guest guest
Ok, I just got off the phone with State Farm and she said what it says in the exclusions that I have is it, there are no more. So weight loss surgery is not an exclusion as far as I can tell. They only thing about this one: Any sickness or injury for which symptoms existed or medical advice or treatment was recommended or received within a five year period preceding the coverage effective date unless fully disclosed on the application and not excluded by endorsement. Is if you have already been treated for and/or diagnosed with something in the last 5 years....it will not cover UNLESS you tell them up front, then they might cover it since you were honest about it. (my agent) says its kind of a " don't make us find out about it " thing. Just don't try to hide it and they will probably cover it.
