Hi all,

This cream is great. We always ask for it ahead of time when we know its blood

tests. The nurse puts it on when they weigh and measure him and by the time

we're ready for the blood we are all set. Its worth asking for.

Re: Casualty Visit

,

Thanks for the update. I sure hope that Eilish feels well soon. I

also appreciate your description of Eilish's visit to casualty.

Abigail has an appointment on December 3 for blood tests and xrays.

I will make sure that Toni (Abby's mom) sees your email before this

appointment. It would be great if Abby's clinic would apply this

cream and take the xrays while the cream is numbing the area that

they intend to poke with a needle. I wish that all clinics would

show compassion towards thier patients.

Thanks,

Gale
