Guest guest
For what it's worth, I disagree with the doctors who say that the body doesn't require plain water (meaning not coffee or juice or whatever, but just water) to function as best as possible. I've been doing this water thing for only one week now, drinking as much as I can --- I've stopped coffee, soda, and hot chocolate, not completely but mostly. I have already seen a difference in my skin, not just the face, but hands, feet, legs, everything. It's as if the water is acting as an overall body moisturizer, it's odd, but that's how I can best describe it. My hair, which is waste length, is suddenly softer and shinier. Even my husband commented on my hair yesterday. I have noticed a change in going to the bathroom as well... urine odor is much less and stools no longer struggle. Another thing that has changed is that I noticed if I take the time to really-really rinse shampoo and cream rinse out of my hair, especially around the forehead, it helps my face. All of the little hard bumps are gone from my hairline... I have a vigorous showerhead and it does a good job... maybe that might help a few of you, make sure your hair is vigorously rinsed well. Anyways, that's really all I wanted to say... water seems to be a good thing. a
