Guest guest
Dear Jzin I heard Miralax can be absorbed into the system even though the pharmaceutical company says it does not. I think Bentonite may be helpful to you. It is very palatable for a young lad and works very well to get rid of accumulated gas. Please research this on the internet and make your our decision but seems ok. It is clay from volcanic ash. It is an over the counter drug in France for colitis. That's how I learned about it. It really gets rid of bloating fast but most importantly I couldn't find anywhere in the archives that it was illegal on the diet. It is also an old American Indian remedy for a bad stomach. Maybe Sheila or Jody will read this and see if they can say whether it is legal. Instead of an enema, maybe try a child's suppository. Also, there maybe a place you can go to give the child a colonic. I don't know if they would take a child but maybe. Good Luck, I hope this helps, Eileen Brown SCD 1 year 2 months [Norton AntiSpam] Instead of Miralax, aloe vera? what else Hi my 2.5 year old ASD son has big belly and Dr. said he has lots of stool stuck in gut and recommended enema with children's Fleet enema 3 days and 1 to 2 months of Miralex! to clean him out (he has Aspergers and is doing better with SCd since June 2005) I hear Miralax is nasty stuff (ingredients) and hear that 's Aloe Vera is good as a replacement especially when we are going to use laxative long term 1 to 2 months! what have you used to clear the big pregnant tummy? my husband is soooo on board with this I got the whole family adults and kids enemas let's see how we handle this any tips, info welcome Jzin D, age 5 regressive autism.
