This makes some since since we are on week three today! Maybe it is die off! I

know that vit deficiency could cause it too...yet shouldn't vit imbalances be

getting better not worse? She seems to be gaining weight! We all are...I

gained three pounds! YEAH!

Could be a sign of die off. I had some extreme skin eruptions when I

started the diet. It got worse before it got better for me. Started

about 2-3 weeks into the diet. It improved dramatically after about

10 days.

I had my vitamin levels tested at three months into the diet and the

doctors were floored - my vitamin and mineral levels were perfect

(at that point I was doing the diet without supplements). The docs

thought given the length of time I had UC and how ill I had been the

previous year my nutrients would be low and out of balance. They

were quite suprised and took the name of the book and Elaine's name.

As for my skin trouble it got worse as the nutrients were leveling

out. The toxins in my body left through the skin.

Wow, I look forward to this. Only three months, SCDIET IT GREAT! I have been

battling B12 problems for months/celiac not having success with various diet

plans until now. As for KiKi and my other tow kids...we all have strange

rashes, and sores. This explains a lot. Thanks
