, I posted earlier, to figure it out for you. just figure 2

capsules will equal a gram. So depending what recomendation you

decide to use (the manual states 7500mg 1 to 3 time daily) this is

equal to 7.5 grams. You would take 10 capsules if you wanted to take

5

grams a day and 15 capsules if you wanted to take the 7500mg.

Thats alot of pills. good luck
