Guest guest
The result for my son's ELISA test comes back. Pineapple came back really high, then came the gluten... then cow's milk... yogurt...etc. But cheddar cheese is none. I'm curious if anyone knows why he's allergic to cow's milk (3) and yogurt (3) while he's not allergic to cheddar cheese (0). They are all made from cow's milk. How do they check, is it cow's milk is cow's milk itself, then yogurt is to check whether you're allergic to probiotics and then cheddar cheese is to check whether you're allergic to cultures..? I'm confused. Now, I'm still giving him the 24-hr fermented cow's milk yogurt, maybe I need to switch to goat's milk yogurt? Or if it is fermented 24-hr, he is not allergic anymore because the lactose is gone? Any suggestions? Thanks. Joanna.
