Guest guest
Dinah, Contacts can be phone or e-mail. I had a combination of both. My experience with phone calls was, be prepared to spend about half an hour. Yes, we still love to tell about it afterward. Anytime you have a life altering experience you just have to share it. The ones I called were most gracious with their time and we talked as if we had known each other all of our lives. Remember, we have all been through so many of the same experiences. If you have any specific questions I would be glad to help you and any of the others needing contacts. My surgery was 6-2-00, I had/have no complications. I am still learning to live with the changes. I am holding off on weighing until my one month anniversary. I feel good and am wearing clothing that I could not pre-op.
