Guest guest
cea sucks. it cannot be cured, or at least not yet. Marjorie's comments the other day about the vast number of rosacean who have experienced success with the mainstream treatment ( gentle cleanser, water based moisturizer, oral and topical and avoidance of triggers ) made me think that maybe we are expecting too much. I have rosacea. My skin will never be like it was before I had rosacea. I have to accept the way my skin is ( with its pinkness and sensitivity ) and try to live around it. I don't mean to abandon all which I know is good and safe practise, but realize that my skin is the way it is and all I can do is try to keep it from getting worse. I hope that does not sound defeatist, just realist. I pray that I will be strong enough to accept this about my skin and stop trying to fix something that cannot be fixed. I am off now to wash with Dr, Sy's soap, use the jojoba oil of my skin feels too upset, apply my Metrogel, then my Neutrogena for sensitive skin. And I admit that I still have a little non-acceptance left, use the rosacure on that little spot on my cheek. Love you all for your help and your guidance and your patience. Have a wonderful weekend.
