Hi a,

Did he have die off when you began the diet? If yes, the sympotms of

die off when introducing the yogurt would mostly be the same.

Fatigue, die off rash, color change in stool etc.

Not tolerating a food: stomach aches, bowel symptoms worsening ( but

sometimes it is adjustment)

Epsom salt baths and/or activated charcoal along with starting small

(1/4-1/8 tsp) and increasing slowly should keep die off symptoms to a

minimum.
