Guest guest
As a new member, I know I may be rehashing old discussions, if so I apologize. As I go through tons of info trying to figure out a reasonable pathogenesis for rosacea, I only come up against competing ideas. I understand this to be a normal progression of discourse. I have a specific question now though: About 4 years ago I became an ovo-lacto vegetarian. I've had two blood tests since then which have not noted any deficiencies, although blood tests are not the end all and be all of health. It seems a coincidence that within months of becoming a vegetarian, I began to exhibit the first signs of rosacea. Has anyone else had a similar coincidence re. vegetarianism/radical change of diet. Also, I noticed about the same time, ie. became vegetarian and developed rosacea, that I became supersensitive to heat and humidity. Apart from the dermal component, I mean that heat and humidity seem to slow me down bodily and make it difficult for me to operate. I find this most odd because I was never so sensitive before and in fact I used to enjoy the heat and humidity. Deryk
