My questions are...how long does it take to show any effects on my face and how long of a time period are most people taking this medication? Any help is appreciated. My derm is a nice lady but she wants you in and out as fast as possible. Oh, I did have another question. If tetracycline makes people photosensitive, why would my derm tell me not to use sunscreen? She told me she thinks sunscreen is bad for faces. Didn't make sense to me...can anyone shed some light on the subject? I'm confused.
