I have been having really bad bloating and some pain.I have been eating a

lot of peanuts lately (and peanut butter) after not eating it for a while.

and I am wondering, could this be a symptom of not tolerating them? Just

thought someone might have some insight about this. Thanks in advance.

After a lifetime of being addicted to Peanut Butter, I have to say that I

have given it up as well, this has been one of the hardest things to give

up, and I hope it is not forever, I consider it my one junk food, I love the

arrowhead mills organic valencia pb, I pour all the oil off so it is hard

and I can pick it up like candy, but no more, PB is out of my life for the

time being :(

I over do it with peanuts. I used to be on the original SCD digest years ago and

it was

known then " to go easy on the peanuts! " .

Just a reminder. Peanuts should not be used at the start of the diet. Elaine

says six

months after diaharrea is gone.

It's intBTVC edition 10 page 74 but I was almost afraid to say it. LOL!
