I have been having really bad bloating and some pain.I have been eating a

lot of peanuts lately (and peanut butter) after not eating it for a while.

and I am wondering, could this be a symptom of not tolerating them? Just

thought someone might have some insight about this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kelli,

We also had a horrible time with the peanut also, similar to you!...we are not

eating it anymore...maybe try in another three months after healing takes place.

Do you have GI problems? Peanuts are harder to digest than peanut

butter, and even peanut butter is harder to digest than the other

nut butters (almond butter, pecan butter). Try leaving them out for

a while and see if that clears things up . If not, try either a

basic diet for a few days (cooked peeled fruit and veggies) or the

intro.
