Guest guest
I wondered if others have found that an oily residue on their skin results in edema? I have found this to be true. Not just from topicals, but even my skins own moisture, my skin is shiny (yet very dry etc) and the shinier it is the more likely it is to swell.... maybe that's why accutane works on some people's edema?! ---------------------------------
Guest guest
Yes. My edema is much worse in the summer, during which time my skin gets very oily. It also gets much worse when I apply topicals, especially ones that have oil in them. It also gets much worse when I eat oily foods (pizza, etc) even healthy oily foods like Salmon. > > I wondered if others have found that an oily residue on their skin results in edema? > > I have found this to be true.
