However if you are lactose intolerant this is not good, but if your not sure that you are you may enjoy this. Years ago on WW we had this and it was yummy: 1/3 cup powdered carnation non-fat dry milk, 2cups water , 6 frozen unsweetened strawberries( in the frozen food section) a drop of vanilla and sweet n low to taste and 2 or more ice cubes. Bend on high. It's good protein and no sugar and tastes good too! Enjoy Susie G.
