Hi :

Thank you so much for posting that recipe. I will have to try it out.

I've been trying to search for a recipe I saw here not too long ago (probably

since January), and I've tried using the search feature in Yahoo, but my

computer is so slow, I haven't had any success. Is there a faster/more efficient

way to search the archives?

Someone had posted a recipe for a granola-type baked dessert, and someone posted

a modification where they added eggs to it. I remember it had coconut and nuts,

either flour or coarsely ground, in it. Does anyone remember? Could you re-post

it with a cc to me (my ISP, in its wisdom, bounces a fair percentage of messages

from my Yahoo groups, and sometimes even messages that I post never come through

to my in-box). Thank you.

I am thrilled with the rising and sliceability of the Cashew Butter

Bread recipe posted by Eileen Rice on Jan. 10 in message number

39973. I like it because is slices, holds up well, and does not take

yoghurt in the recipe. It does take 10 eggs. I left out the squash

and reduced the honey to 1/4 cup and it was still great. In my oven I

have to bake it at 250 degrees F for 1.5 hours. Before I made that

modification, it fell. I think this recipe is one that should be added

to the pecanbread site. IMO it should not be something people should

have to search for! :)
