Dear , Thanks for the update. Hope you are able to get through today without the nausea. I agree that you should just stay in the hospital until you can eat. No sense in aggravating your system and having extra stress of moving back and forth. I know the hospital is not the quietest place to stay, but at least you know the food is prepared right. Maybe you can entertain yourself by browsing through the males, I mean mail. Just take care of yourself. We want to hear good reports on your recovery. If you get to see , tell we all said hi and are praying for you both. Guest guest Posted October 21, 2002 Report Share Posted October 21, 2002 Hi All, I am doing much better and feel that I am going through withdrawals from morphine. It's the only logical explanation to the nausea. I have gone 8 hours now without narcotics and am not feeling real nauseated but only time will tell. I ate this morning and so far so good. I will do my best to see tomorrow. Hopefully I will be discharged tomorrow...only if I've been able to keep food down for at least 24 hours. Had yougert last night with pain but no nausea.
