I'm unclear about the leagality/illegality of medicinal herbal teas

and tinctures. I have many that I use regularly for various ailments

and am looking into ones that may help my anemia since I can't take

iron pills. Is there anywhere that this is explained better than in

the book?

Thanks,

Patty

Hi Patty,

In general, herbal teas are illegal. Peppermint tea is legal, and you

can make some with ginger root. Some homeopathy remedies like

echinacea are okay (the drops are fine) the pill form isn't.
