I have read the postings of the people who exercise a couple times a week,

and need to cool down. And thank you everything is very helpful.

But I am an athlete for college. I swim for Arizona and therefore am in the

sun two to three hours a day, being in the water. On top of that I run three

times a week, cycle three times a week and lift weights four times a week. I

don't know how much the chlorine affects my skin or the sun. But I do know

that I get very red. And that I have many bumps. I am trying to wear a hat

with sunblock when I run.

Also, I am considering the surgery, but how long does it last? What type of

recovery time is needed? Should I do it after my college career is over?
