I know when I experienced die off it was the end of day 2 when I

started to get sick. I threw up for the next 2 days even it there

was nothing to throw up.

Doe he have a runny nose or sinus drainage?? That could explain the

mucous. Runny nose I beleive can also be a sign of die-off but not

positive in that one.

Hang in there. You could try an epsom salt bath or activated

charcoal. The charcoal soaks up the toxins that the dead and dying

yeast produce.

It will get better. Give it time.

he is classic runny nose die off with anti fungals during an

episode..so far not this one though, just the puking stringy stuff,

we'll see..

Nothing would surprise me now.. not cranky, just incredibly

lethargic and " flu like " ... We'll keep up the liquids and ride it

out...
