If you've experienced less flushing when you eat red

meat, perhaps it is because of what you DIDN'T eat at

that meal. I frequently have meat or fish when I go

out because it usually comes with fairly simple side

dishes -- a potato, vegetables, etc.

Compare the ingredients in a steak, baked potato or

rice, and vegetable to a dinner of Mexican food or a

pizza and you'll see that the chances to encounter

allergens are far less in the basic meat meal.
