Trudy - It's so amazing to see you and everyone else post the things that I have thought about, and struggled with for many years. I've come to the conclusion that " I am not alone with food addiction. " Maybe we can be " littermates " for the 12th of July. I sent my packet off to the good DR for his thumbs up last week. WooHoo! To everyone else! I don't know any of you, well, in the literal sense, I've talked to several on the phone and adore the ones whom I have talked to, but I just feel so at home here. You are all such a positive and knowledgeable bunch of people. Have a good day!
