My doctor had me stop taking my pill because my pancreas problems began about a

month after i started taking it. I never knew that estrogens are listed as one

of the possible drug causes of pancreatitis. I asked him about depo and/or other

forms of birth control as it is the easiest and most convenient form. He said

that they don't really know why, but for some reason any forms of hormones taken

for contraception, regardless of how they are taken can cause problems.

Mabe that is the connection to hysterectomy, hormone replacement!
