Guest guest Posted October 26, 2002 Report Share Posted October 26, 2002 Jen, When Wyatt was on Colistin I kept a bottle of rubbing alcohol and some cotton balls in the kitchen where I mixed it up. Then just cleaned the top of the bottle before inserting the needle. It is important to keep the needle sterile and not let any dirt or dust be introduced into the medicine!
