Guest guest
It's been discussed on the group before how some of us have a flush in the late afternoon. One of the possibilities mentioned was that our body is on a clock of sorts where the lowest body temperature is at 3am and the highest occurs in the late afternoon to early evening. Here's a link to some literature on this: http://www.rosacea-ltd.com/flushing.php3 I have had success in the past using an otc inhalant called Nasalcrom, which is widely available in drugstores in the US. Using this as directed seemed to eliminate the 4pm flush for me. Nasalcrom works by inhibiting the mast cells in your nose from releasing histamine in response to an inhaled allergen. I haven't had to use Nasalcrom in about a year because my rosacea has, knock on wood, calmed down quite a bit. Take care, Matija
