I am the mom to andria 4 and Yolanda 2 1/2 both with CF. We recently had a baby boy who was gaining weight and doing awsome, or so we thought. We found out last week that Phynix has CF also, along with pseudonomus. So the girls are being tested for that tomorrow at their CF clinic visit. I feel like such a failure as a mother. For the last 3 years, I've been trying to keep them staph free as possible, and now this happens. We are expecting number 4 ten days before PJ turns 1. It was quiet unexpected. We can't do any of the genetic screens before hand because the kids have an unidentified gene, so if this one does have cf we won't be able to find out till about 4 months down the road. Fun fun.
