I have seen it in cop/drug shows and am sure you are not into that pcp, but as long as I have seen it, I can't for the life of me guess what it is or what it might stand for! We use many different terminologies in New Zealand, especially over the whole drug range as well, but most can be worked out with a little effort. Please get me straight on this one!
