I am a Portuguese living in Lisbon, Portugal and have been on the SCD for 7

weeks trying to heal my UC diagnosed 3 years ago. It has been hard for me to

find precise information as to what foods could be included within the SCD that

are available here, so I have been limited to very few food items. I was

wondering if you could help me by referring to me someone here in South Europe

(preferably in my country) that has experience with the SCD I could talk to to

learn more about legal foods available here. Thanks
