Noritate cream, doesn't wash off, and it says on the front of the

tube, ONCE-A-DAY. ///// On exercise; I beleive my condition was made

worse due to exercise in the fact that when I used to get finished

exercising I would have a bright red face, then after a while I

noticied that it wasn't getting red anymore, yea you guessed it, it

was staying red, it did it so slowly over time I never noticed until

the flares started.///// ON serb. and rosacea, I don't think a lot of

us have a condition exactly like serb. derm., I think many of us

have a yeast problem due to antibiotics, Flackiness, dryness,

unexplained break outs and rashes, this could all be a yeast related

problem, remember the skin has a natural balance and if something

weakens or upsets this balance then one condition will give way to

another. This is set up by taking antiobiotics over the long term,

it creates a yeast overgrowth, which in turn creates all kinds of

problems depending on where and what you are dong to treat your skin.

A yeast problem likes oily skin in which to grow and flourish, thats

why I have had much sucess with washing throughly with neug.

sensitive skin soap, followed by through rinsing of all soap off,

then drying skin throughly with hair dryier, and not applying

anything to these areas unless you just have too. Yes it did dry out

my skin but it also got red rid of the dry cracky itchy red skin and

unexplained break outs and flakiness, now it looks normal and looks

to be back in balance. Thanks again my brothers in pain!
