Guest guest Posted June 15, 2000 Report Share Posted June 15, 2000 The chopped up version of IE's browser included with AOL can really create some problems when you're doing stuff on the web. I would recommend trying this: Get a full version of IE or Netscape to run WHILE you are using AOL. You would first Sign on to AOL, then start the full version of IE or Netscape. When you want to go to Dr. R's site, use the full version, NOT the AOL keyword area. Try that and see if you are successful in sending that patient info. If this is as clear as mud, contact me privately and I'll see what I can do to help. I do have AOL, so we can IM to try to get you thru this.
