I know everyone keeps asking the same questions over and over, but with so

many answers I am easily confused, and I want to make sure I do everything

right the first time. Be nice to me, I'm the young pup around here (23

years old). Not as " wise " as all you older girls heehee.

I have an appointment tomorrow with my PCP for my physical. Is there a list

of specific things I need to have done, or does he just need to do a regular

physical along with a pap? No specific bloodwork or anything? I don't want

to have to make another appointment later for something that I forgot to

tell him I needed.

Dear ,

I am not old enough to be your mom but maybe an older sister.

If you go to the clos.net site you will see on the right side a

list. In the list the first thing says First Step, click on it. When

this opens it will show you 12 steps. Go to #6 and click on Sample

History and Physical. It gives you a detailed listing of what the

PCP needs. Copy and take it to your appointment. BTW...quit being

so impatient! It WILL happen if it is meant to be, you need to know

if you are ok to be put under general anesthesia....smile...Take

care, kid sis.

Love,

Love is very patient and kind...
