Should I panic if using Noritate seems to be making my skin flakier

I don't want to panic here. I can't call his office, we have only the one. I

don't live anywhere near a hospital. But I am concerned.

My skin seems to be as flaky or even flakier than usual.

I have been following my derms rec. daily washing of my hair with one of 4

shampoos and my scalp seems to be drier. Not greasy flakes but powdery. I am

trying to stay calm and not do something crazy, like scrub my face until it is

red and shiny and sore.

I wish that I understood what is going on??
