It is making me feel sick: bloated, cramps, gas and diarrhea. Should I stop taking it or does my body have to get used to it? Thanks Sue Sue Are you reading the ingredients...lol... I don't mean to sound trite....I have done this so often....and found I missed something way down the list....but I have found for me that this is usually cause by one of a couple things....one there is something in there that I am intolerant of ...for me casein or an additive.... Also could you have a candida problem? If that is the issue, you might need to take charcoal about an hour or hour and a half after taking the pros to absorb some of the die off toxins that you are encountering.... if the charcoal helps....then you might want to start a yeast program along with the pros...but it is a slow process... hth Ronni hope this helps....
