that is basically what the cea Diet © is all about, but

unfortunately for most rosaceans, they do not want to change their life

style, especially their eating and drinking habits, but instead want a

pill, a topical treatment or IPL therapy.

Sometimes, it feels like we are giving up some pretty important things in

life that make us happy is all... sometimes, food and drink and playing

tennis or whatever are important parts of our lives. I seem to have an

ongoing liver and pancrease problem, and at 47 years old, sometimes I find

myself in a heap of tears because I enjoy that hamburger or pizza and I'm

not supposed to eat it. Alot of foods I'm not supposed to eat. I'm

supposed to flush myself with water all damned day... well, for some of us,

the food and liquid requirements get boring, get upsetting, and you tend to

look at things as damn, what's left to enjoy. It's not a self-pity issue

really, it's more of a damn... when are things going to get better so that

adaptation becomes a bit easier.
