Guest guest
Hello Everyone! I started a medication two weeks ago to shrink the scar tissue caused by my pancreatic surgeries. The doctor thought I would definitely have some side effects since I am taking higher than the standard dose. But, thankfully I feel great! I feel just the same. Also, I started to get sick a week ago with pain and bloating. But, it only lasted a few days and I feel fine again and I am eating :)I believe that it was answer of many prayers because when I started to get sick I called my church and told them to pray. Hallelujah!!! The bad news is that I went to the doctor and he felt my mass in my abdomen and said it was right under the skin (in the abdominal wall) so he thinks he can remove it without much trouble. Its good that its able to be removed, but I am just scared of having another operation. Last time they operated on me I got extremely sick and almost died. I also fear that another incision may likely cause more scar tissue to develop in the future. The scar tissue (which the docs call tumors) is a big problem for me since it can cut off the blood supply to my small bowel. I really think God has been blessing me in terms of health and I hope it continues. Until tomorrow, I rejoice in today. Sincerely, Amy B.
