Asta, been there, done that! Tried a bunch of products at the

same time, had a reaction several days later, and then was stuck.

If the reaction is not typical for your rosacea pattern, it's highly

suspicious for a reaction to one or more of your new products. If

your skin returns to baseline within 10-14 days after stopping all

the new products, that's a good confirmation.

I've since learned to establish a maintenance care plan, one that I

know my skin doesn't react to. Then I test a single new product,

adding or substituting within that plan, and using it for a 2 week

period. If something new happens -- good or bad -- to my skin over

that 2 week period, I have a likely culprit. The final test is to

discontinue using the product and confirm that my skin returns to

baseline over the next week or so. If after two weeks I haven't

reacted, I decide whether to have that product join my maintenance

care, or keep it on the side as a back-up. I give my face another

week or two rest with the maintenance care, then try the next

product.

It's slow, but really, what's the rush?
