Does anyone have experience with knowing where to find LEGAL lactase.

The enzymes that where prescribed by my infant/toddlers doctor have

all but this one in it. That being Creon 5. Where can you find this?

Lactaid, that we used in the past has Illegal ingrediants in it! I now

know why she still has thick diarrhea (yet better)...and she still has

a white coated tongue!

It dawned on me after reviewing the book, that " all fluid milk " has to

be prohibited. The problem is, this baby is not going to be weaning

soon....the breast is not just a place of nutrition but a place of

comfort. I nursed my son until he was 40 months old, something

recommended for babies that have malabosrption syndromes/Celiac

Disease. Her pediatrician and lactaion consultants that have helped us

say to nurse as long as she will...or grows out of it. It has been

are saving grace! Yet the lactose in my milk is ILLEGAL and needs to

be turned in to a legal monodisacharide with the enzyme lactase.

The problem is...human milk has LACTOSE in it.....if I could find a

leagal LACTASE we would be having even BETTER SUCCESS on this diet.

She is truly turning around already....with this extra aid...I can

only imagine the benifits of this SCDiet. I now understand the need

for enzymes! Sorry if past messages did not reflect this

understanding.
