Guest guest
Hi, gang! It's old " Auntie n " again, tooling around with her com puter. Many people have posted me about many weird bacteria today. So I sent several of them a link to Saimens, M.D. Ph.D.'s site at Columbia University where they do SYNERGY TESTING which is very effective at determining which bacteria are still susceptible to which anti biotics in an individual's sputum, and often patients find out that they are still able to use antibiotics that they have been using OR that there are many out there that will still work for a long time, which is always encou raging news. This list does not usually post just links, so I will just copy the thing from my Internet Explorer for everyone at the end of this post. Most labs in the usa use a method for testing for bacteria and suscep tibiliby called the Kirby-Bauer method. SYNERGY is light years ahead of that. There may be many sites where this is done, but I know only of the site at Columbia under Dr. Saimens, so will type that in and hope that it works. I think that I have already sent this to Torsten and the list. I will have to send a separate post following this to someone and the list and hope that it comes across from my IE. See you all in a minute, n Rojas, the offician cf ferret
