Here's what I did,maybe it will help you: 6 weeks per-op I started doubling up on vitamins.At 2 weeks pre-op I only took 1 a day. If you take too much vitamin E it may increase your risk of bleeding(per Dr. Rutledge),so 1 a day 2 weeks pre-op. You could take the protein supps,pre-op....but you really don't need them until post-op.I strongly recommend a piece of cheesecake and a coke icee/frozen coke!
