Guest guest Posted March 14, 2006 Report Share Posted March 14, 2006 I am new to SCD, yes, I have, and have read the book. I am finding it very difficult to bake things, while having to be nut free. Are there any other flour alternatives that are legal, and nut- free, and would work well to bake muffins, etc... with??? I have seen the chicken recipe, and still, do plan to try it.
