I know buying organic meats and free range eggs can be

very expensive at your local grocery store. So i would suggest

going to a good health food store and asking where is the best

place to buy organic products. They usually can direct you to a local

farmer that produces organic meats and raw dairy.

Once you clean up your diet you will start feeling better from day one,

but it will take atleast 3 to 6 months to heal your g.i tract.
