With Eilish, since she was 4 months old she has had salt powder (which is given by the hospital/cf clinic) for 6 months of the year. We put it in her drink bottle and she cannot taste it. She knows it's in there but that's fine. We give it to her from October to March/April. I know when they get older then they have salt tablets. I think it depends on how hot it is were you live.
