Hey Carol,

DW has some new cookies 'coconut shots' and 'butter cookies', that are pretty

good.

The mixed berry and apricot jams are good, just fruit and honey.

The almond crackers are kind of neutral tasting, but good for soups,

nutbutters, jams, etc.

The mustards and marinara sauce are good and they are time savers.

The fruit purees and concentrates are great, especially to add to yougurt for

shakes, or to the dripped yougurt for a creamy desert, or seltzer water for

sodas.

Hey, I want you to try the yougurt dripper they sell; I've tried it twice, the

first time I couldn't believe how easy it was, and how good the result was.

But I don't know if they'll pass your taste test; our first clue is that you

teach SCD cooking classes, so I'm sure your food tastes great

Their products are usually pretty simple (only 2-5 ingredients: water, nut

flour, salt, friut, and/or honey).

I'm way south in Texas, but if I'm ever near you, I'll pay to taste your

cooking.

I believe deli meats can't be shipped across the border but am not sure. I did

find an email

address for Big and sent off an inquiry. ( I think Cindy is Canadian)

I know you keep recommending Digestive Wellness also and Iwould like to try a

few of

their things simply to review their quality as compared to what we make in

cooking classes

here. i already had the cookies (simply awful) but would try the sauce and some

of the non

baked goods.
