Guest guest
After over a year and a half on this diet for my son, i wanted to introduce some treats that were not so nut based, as at the moment all his baked treats are made with nut flours. I have a coconut book that calls for coconut flour with some goodies that i think i can adapt but the question is can I make coconut flour by grinding decicated coconut, if so what grinder would anybody recommend, i see kitchen-aid which i have do an attachment but have not read good reviews on it. Is it better to buy a seperate grinder? If I have to buy coconut flour, is there anywhere in Europe that sells it. We are in Holland and the health food shops locally looked at me strange when i asked for it, we also sometimes go to Belgium and Germany shopping, and often go home to UK. My son is doing well on this diet, nothing startling but more focused, good BMS and i reckon he eats a really balanced healthy diet. So am sticking with it, just wanted a bit more scope. al son 5 years ASD SCD 1 year 10 months
